2. Pay online. A payment link can be found on the Crest website: www.crest-management.comYou will need:a) your HOA account number (located on your invoice)b) the management ID: 3130c) the association ID for Terraces on Memorial Townhomes: TMTH**This code is for townhome monthly assessments only.Keep in mind that Online Payment also requires time for processing – online check payment can take 6 business days or longer and online credit card payment can take 2-3 business days or longer. Additional fees from your bank or credit card company may be incurred.
3. In Person. Payments can be made in person at nearby Crest Management office.If possible, bring your payment coupon with you to facilitate the process. Homeowners paying in this manner will be given a dated receipt. Be aware that wait times can be long the last week of January as Crest Management handles similar transactions for other properties at that time of year.
