HOA Board Meetings and Agendas
Master Association - Includes Single Family Homes, Patio Homes, and Townhomes
Please note that the Townhomes area has a separate HOA Association governing the Townhomes area specifically, with their own Board of Directors, and separate Board meetings and Annual Homeowners meeting held throughout the year. For information regarding the Townhomes Association, please contact Crest Management.
Meeting Location: Crest Management Offices
The HOA Board of Directors (Master Association for Single Family, Patio, and Townhomes) usually meets on the fourth WEDNESDAY of every month at 6:30 p.m. at the Crest Management offices. The meeting is open to all Terraces on Memorial residents.
Please confirm date and time before attending. Register at Crest website to receive the official meeting notice and agenda from Crest Management.
Meeting Agendas
To receive a monthly meeting notice and agenda, head to the Resident Registration page and provide your full contact details. Expect a courtesy email notice from the HOA.
Homeowners should note that Crest Management sends out the official Meeting Notices and a link to the agenda as required by state law. You must register via the Homeowners Portal on the Crest website to receive the official meeting notice and a meeting agenda before monthly meetings.
The agenda for each Board meeting can also be found on the Crest website. If you have an issue for discussion, you must request to have it placed on the agenda. Requests should be submitted to Crest at least a week before the meeting date.
