Homeowner MUD tax bills are typically mailed to homeowners in late October or early November each year. Tax statements are considered delinquent if not paid by the following February 1st.
Taxpayers are responsible for all taxes and penalties and interest - even if they do not receive a tax statement in the mail. Your yearly tax statement can be found on the Tax Tech website. Delinquency fees cannot legally be waived by HCMUD 407.
