Briarhills Amenities

Access cards to the Briarhills amenities will be provided to all qualifying Terraces on Memorial residents. Terraces on Memorial residents must contact Crest Management to obtain access cards.

Please note that failure to follow the rules for the pool amenities and/or the tennis court regulations can result in loss of use of the Briarhills facilities. Tennis Courts
TENNIS COURT ACCESS & RESERVATIONS Terraces on Memorial residents who have been issued facilities access cards may reserve the tennis courts online at: www.briarhillspoa.org. Log-in access is required to make the online tennis court reservation. To receive log-in access, the resident may register on the Briarhills website and Briarhills will approve the registration after verifying that the resident has been issued facilities access cards.
Clubhouse
The Briarhills Clubhouse is available for rent for special events and parties. See the link above to the Briarhills website. If you have questions, contact Crest Management for more details.
Basketball Court
Residents are welcome to use the basketball court located at Briarhills.

Playground

In late fall of 2023, the Briarhills amenities were upgraded to include an all new playground area.

Instructions for using the Briarhills Access Cards:

The card reader is very sensitive. Please keep your card down and away from the reader until you get to step 3.
1) Enter your PIN2) Press the # symbol3) Hold your card up to the card reader. The door will electronically unlock and you should then be able to enter. If you do not follow the instructions exactly as written, the access control will shut down after 3 failed attempts and you will have to wait 5 minutes to retry.
