The Terraces Board of Directors (Master association for Single Family, Patio & Townhomes) usually meets on the fourth WEDNESDAY of every month at 6:30 p.m. at the Crest Management offices*. The meeting is open to all Terraces on Memorial residents.
If you plan to attend or want to present something to the Board, please contact Crest to RSVP or to confirm the meeting date and time.

There is, by necessity, at least a one-month delay as each Meeting Minutes must be reviewed, approved, and signed at subsequent Board of Directors meeting before being available for posting to website.
