IMPORTANT - HOMEOWNERS – PLEASE NOTE:
Homeowners should be aware that access to and usage of the Briarhills amenities is contingent upon being current on Terraces on Memorial Annual Maintenance Fees. If a homeowner has a delinquent balance for Annual Assessments, please note those homeowners or their tenants will not be issued access card(s).
IMPORTANT - TENANTS - PLEASE NOTE:
If you are a tenant, you must ask your landlord (the homeowner) or his legal representative to provide authorization to the HOA for access to the Briarhills Amenities and permission for the HOA to issue access card(s) to the tenant.
An email may be sent to the HOA email address: hoa@terracesonmemorial.org. The email should indicate clearly that the tenant is authorized to use the amenities of Terraces on Memorial and include the homeowner name, tenant’s name, and property address, and contact information for both homeowners and tenants.
The tenant collecting the access card(s) will need photo ID matching the name provided by the landlord/homeowner.
Please find attached the amenities rules and guidelines. The last page will need to be signed and returned to the BPOA office in order to activate the cards
TENNIS COURT ACCESS
Access to the Tennis Courts will be via the access cards also. All residents using the tennis courts are subject to the current tennis court use rules and regulations. This includes having the homeowner sign the agreement to the “Briarhills Tennis Rules and Regulation” prior to issuing access to the homeowner.
TENNIS COURT RESERVATIONS
Terraces on Memorial residents who have been issued facilities access cards may reserve the tennis courts online at www.briarhillspoa.org. Log-in access is required to make the online reservation. To receive log-in access, the resident may register on the website and Briarhills will approve the registration after verifying that the resident has been issued facilities access cards.
See link below for tennis court rules and regulations and form you will be asked to sign prior to using the tennis courts.
Proposed steps for issuing access cards to residents:
1. Provide attached Amenities Information Guide to homeowner
2. Verify proof of residency (using drivers license, electrical bill, lease, etc.)
3. Verify property owner is in good standing with your association
4. Verify property owner has not previously been issued cards
5. Complete the access key registration form
6. Assign cards and unique pin# (pin# cannot be duplicated by another resident). Pin # is good for both cards. 2 cards per property address can be issued.
7. Scan and email registration form to BPOA Office
