Board Meetings may be held in-person, at the discretion of the Board; otherwise, meetings may be held via teleconference meeting due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation.
The Board of Directors monthly meeting generally take place on the 4th Wednesday of each month. Please confirm date and time before attending, and look for office meeting notice and agenda from Crest Management.

If you wish to receive a monthly meeting notice and agenda, please register on Resident Registration page of this website, for a courtesy email notice from the HOA.
Homeowners should note that Crest Management sends out the official Meeting Notices and a link to the agenda, as required by state law. You must register via the Homeowners Portal on Crest website to receive the official meeting notice and a meeting agenda prior to monthly meetings.

If you have an issue for discussion, you must request to be placed on the Agenda - requests should be submitted to Crest at least a week prior to meeting date.
*Please note that while the Master HOA Board meetings are open to all residents, the Townhomes area does have its own separate Association and Board of Directors for matters pertaining to the Townhomes. The Townhomes Board meets quarterly. See the Crest website for more information via the Crest homeowners portal.
